Called me at 12:30AM and 4:09AM!  I don't care who they are but if I saw them face to face they'd be leaving with a black eye.

This is the phone number for a nationwide alarm monitoring service. Unless you have some kind of fire/medical/police monitoring agreement, then you shouldn't be getting called. Only thing I  can think of is a wrong number, which is especially inconvenient because they're likely to call at odd hours and keep calling.

yep, it's an alarm company and they are likely calling you because the person who had your number prior to you had a contract for alarm monitoring with these folks.....you should kindly request to be removed from the calling list otherwise the calls will keep coming and usually at very odd hours (since this is when the thieves are out doing their dirty work)

It left me an automated message saying that my "signal has been received." That sounds ominous.

I don't know who they are but they started calling my cellphone at noon and are calling every hour.  It is obviously an automated dialer.  They never leave a message but keep on calling.

My neighbor has one of those medical alert devices and he provided my number as an emergency contact. They called because his battery was low due to a power failure.

This is from an alarm company, notifying you that the alarm in your house has been tripped. In my case, it was a friend's alarm because she had listed me as a contact if they couldn't reach her.

This is an alarm company.  I called them to ask them to remove me from their database.  They had my mobile number in their database, listed as belonging to "William Fergusen."  I have had the same number since 1994 -- obviously someone made a mistake entering Mr. Fergusen's number into their system.  It does not appear to be a scam, at least not so far.

I signed up for an alarm monitoring service through medical alert... It is just them calling to tell me, my wife is going to the hospital, and it is an emergency.

I do have an alarm system, though not related to this number.  The 8009323822 somehow got my information and is now calling me and not leaving messages.  Please remove me from any calling list.
When I called the number back (not from the same number they called me on..). I got a person who answered "services" and how he can help me.
Needless to say, I hung up on him..

Confirmed:  This is an operations facility for emergency and alarm notifications.  It is possible that the call center handles other business, but if you have an alarm system or some form of emergency notification, you should PICK UP!

Your company has this monitoring center monitor your account. No Alarm company monitors their own account. You are a moron and shouldn't own a system
