This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to visitors and users of our website, applications, and other online services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Platform") and/or anyone who interacts with us offline regarding the Platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and letting you know how we may collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose your information. Incentivize may, in its sole discretion, amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. To ensure you are able to remain informed about the information we collect and how we use it, material changes to our Privacy Policy will be reflected here.

1. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. Important Notes to Users

Our Platform is intended for access and use in the United States only. If you choose to access the Platform from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and may be transferred to and processed by our affiliates and service vendors in other countries where data protection laws differ. We make no representation that the Platform, the contents thereof, or the specific functionality are appropriate or available for use outside the United States or otherwise comply with any laws, rules, and regulations outside the United States.

Age Eligibility

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from such an individual, you may directly request the deletion of such information by contacting us via any of the methods or addresses listed in Section 8 below.

3. Information We Collect

Non-personal information you may also provide includes your zip code, tax filing status, information about your household (e.g., approximate income and family size), information about your utility provider(s), and information about your product interests. When you provide this information at the same time as you provide certain personal information (e.g., your name, email address, or other contact or identifying information), we may combine these data points. Standing alone, these pieces of non-personal information we collect cannot be used to identify or directly contact you. However, when we combine your non-personal information with your personal information, it may become personally identifiable (e.g., first and last name combined with zip code and household income).

In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you refer someone to our Platform or share information provided via our Platform with others. We will use this information to fulfill your requests and will not send communications to your contacts unrelated to your requests unless they separately consent to receive communications from us.

Information We Automatically Collect From You

When you access or use the Platform, we may also automatically collect information about your visit. When you visit the Platform, the personal information we collect is your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and/or device ID, which we use for the support of our internal operations. The non-personal information we and our service providers may collect includes your operating system, access times, browser type and language, coarse location, and the URL of the website you visited before navigating to the Platform. If you access the Services via a mobile device, we may also collect your device make and model, mobile carrier, operating system version, language your device is set to, mobile web browser type and version, the country in which you are using your device, and non-personal analytics and statistical data regarding use of the websites (e.g., downloads, number of users, sessions, frequency of use, retention, territories, and in-game events).

To collect this information, we use various technologies, including the following:

Cookies: Cookies are small data files stored on your computer or mobile device by a website. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Platform and your experience, see which areas and features of our Platform are popular, and count visits. In addition, when you view a video on our Platform, we may set a "flash cookie" (sometimes called a "flash object") on your computer or device. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as those used for browser cookies. For more information about cookies and flash cookies, including how to disable them, please see “Your Information Choices” below.

Clear GIFs: Clear GIFs, sometimes called "web bugs" or "web beacons," are small electronic images that are placed on a web page or in an email message. We use clear GIFs to monitor user behavior, deliver cookies, collect information, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and to tell if a recipient has opened and acted upon an email.

Log Files: Log files record website activity on the Platform and enable us to gather statistics about our users' browsing habits. These entries help us determine (among other things) how many and how often users have accessed or used the Platform, which pages of the Platform they've visited, and other similar data.

Do Not Track (DNT) Signals: Your browser may allow you to set a Do Not Track (DNT) signal indicating that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked. Currently, our system does not support and cannot act on DNT signal headers that we may receive. However, the choices that we provide you concerning collection and use of your personal information will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy

We may associate the information we collect from these technologies with other personal information that you provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

For example, if you access our Platform through a third-party social networking site, we may have access to certain information from that site, such as your user name, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party social networking site.
